Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Policy
All classes must be cancelled no less than 10 days prior to the day of the class. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of class fee. Upon request, the class may be rescheduled to a later available class date. Cancellation must be done by email or phone.

“No Shows” will not be refunded in whole, or in part!

Please submit all cancellation requests within 10 days to receive a refund less a $25 cancellation fee per seat. See Refund Policy for details.

Refund Policy
  No refunds, however credit towards a future class may be applied with approval. Refunds must be Per approved by C-N-C Academy, LLC. No Refund requests less than 10 days from the class start date. All refunds are subject to a processing and handling fee of $25 per seat.

Rescheduling Policy
C-N-C Academy, LLC. understands that events happen requiring the need to reschedule a class. Please give as much notice as possible to allow C-N-C Academy, LLC. to fill your spot.

C-N-C Academy, LLC. reserves the right to reschedule any scheduled class due to severe weather, insufficient minimum registration, or other reasons as determined by C-N-C Academy, LLC. If a class is canceled students will be rescheduled to a later scheduled date of their choice so long as slots are available. Student that wishes not to reschedule will be given a full refund as long as cancellation was do to insufficient class size.

Classes require a minimum of 4 participants. If you register for a class with a minimum and the minimum number of participants have not registered within 2 days prior to the course, C-N-C Academy, LLC. reserves the right to cancel / reschedule the course. Students will be given the opportunity to reschedule to a future scheduled course date. Refunds may be given if a future class is not available.
